Nobody should have to feel like they aren’t good enough or worthy. It’s time to retrain your negative thoughts and how you feel about yourself!
Try identifying your negative beliefs. Challenge those and ask yourself questions: Is it true? Is there evidence? Most likely, it’s not.
Be positive about yourself. That perfect person you adore? They have things they don’t like about themselves, too. Everyone does. The secret to being happy is giving yourself grace and being content with yourself as you are.
If there are things about yourself and your life that you are not content with, how can you change them? What can you do to transform the way you feel about it?
Whenever I am down on myself, I first look at my wellness patterns. Do I just need some sleep? Do I need to be in nature? Do I need to eat more veggies? Then I tell myself that I will revisit these negative beliefs once I am more healthily balanced. Mindset is everything, and a healthy mind helps make sense of more. Only when my body and mind feel unclouded, do I make a decision about my initial problem.
Writing a list of things you’re good at and what you love most about yourself is a great daily reminder to look at! Make a Goddess goal each day. One thing you tell yourself you will do in the name of self-love. This can be something so simple as making your bed or doing a face mask.
If there are people in your life who are toxic and don’t build you up, avoid them.

The relationships in your life should be encouraging and positive.
The secret? Be kind to yourself. Smile often, don’t be too critical, and laugh!
